The employee will be responsible for maximizing use of models in our acquisition mail, as well as drive modeling strategies and partnerships with modelers in house file, lapsed reactivation and non-donor programs based on results analysis. Applicant must have a background working with conservative issue advocacy organizations and their fundraising programs along with a strong skill set in list selection and segmentation, data analysis, and ability to meet multiple deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, as you will work very closely with each account team and the company’s management team.
